NARAL Pro-Choice Oregon is working with the Oregon Board of Pharmacy on an exciting new project to make vital information about Emergency Birth Control (EBC) available to women across the state. Our Emergency Contraception Access Project has contacted pharmacists in five counties (more to come) to find out which pharmacies dispense over the counter EBC and which pharmacies do not. Women can use our interactive pharmacy maps to find pharmacies in their neighborhood that stock EBC, their hours of operation and how much they charge. The maps will also allow NARAL Pro-Choice Oregon to identify areas with limited access to EBC that may benefit from pharmacist education and outreach. Check back often to see our progress.
