Arizona Bill Forces Care on Pregnant Women
A new Arizona state initiative, if approved, would allow Child Protective Service workers to take meth-addicted pregnant women into custody for treatment. The initiative would expand the definition of "child abuse" to include fetuses and could be interpreted as prohibiting abortion.
