Oregon Governor’s Race Too Close to Call
Recent polls show Republican candidate Chris Dudley ahead in the polls by 3 points, however this is within the 4 point margin of error. Kitzhaber and Dudley have remained neck and neck for most of the campaign. However, fundraising totals tell a different story. Reports show that Dudley has raised nearly twice the amount of money as the former governor. Kitzhaber's fundraising totals $1,334,001 so far in 2010, while Dudley has raised a huge $2,210,664 this year. The gubernatorial election is still considered to be leaning democratic.
